David McGhee, Director of Operations
David McGhee is responsible for all aspects of IA American’s business process outsourcing. His experience includes directing technology, operations, sales and business initiatives for companies including AssetPoint, RBC Insurance, Liberty Insurance Services and Computer Management Sciences. Since joining IA American in 2009, David has used his strong executive relationship management skills to develop and maintain productive business relationships with a focus on best practices, continuous improvement, and quality customer service.
