Debbie Beratta, Regional Sales Director
Debbie Beratta has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and proven success in recruiting independent agents and managing MGAs. Prior to joining IAP and IAA, she was the Regional Director of Agencies for Oxford Life Insurance Company. Debbie has also acted as a liaison between home office personnel and field agents, and has conducted product training and Arizona DOI accredited CE classes. She has also sold life, annuity and health insurance products as an independent agent and owner of an agency.
